Inner Wealth Initiate

Privacy Policy

Effective: July 19, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Inner Wealth Initiate ("we," "our," or "us") handles personal information when you use our iOS app, member portal, websites, courses, community features, and related services (together, the "Services").

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, profile image, account identifier, and authentication records. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we do not store readable passwords.
  • Your Map and reflections: onboarding answers, life-area selections, self-reported patterns, emotions, body locations, intensity, pattern duration, resonance, journal entries, clearing notes, and similar information you choose to provide.
  • Learning activity: course, lesson, practice, clearing, streak, achievement, and progress information.
  • Community content: posts, comments, reactions, messages, profile information, and files you choose to upload. Content shared in a community area may be visible to other members as indicated in the feature.
  • Purchase information: product, subscription status, transaction identifiers, entitlement status, and renewal or expiry information. Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe, or PayPal process payment details; we generally do not receive your full card or App Store payment details.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, pages or features used, event timestamps, diagnostic data, and crash or performance information.
  • Communications: messages you send us, support requests, survey responses, and marketing preferences.
  • Notifications: a device push token and notification preference if you choose to enable native notifications.

3. Personal and Spiritual Reflections

Your Map, journal, and clearing responses can be deeply personal. We use this content to save your work, personalize educational guidance, recommend relevant lessons or practices, and operate features you request. The Services are not a medical service, and these responses are not used to provide a medical or mental-health diagnosis.

We do not use the contents of your Map, journal entries, or private clearing notes for targeted advertising, and we do not disclose that content to advertising or marketing analytics platforms.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and personalize the Services
  • Create and manage accounts, purchases, subscriptions, progress, and access
  • Generate educational Map guidance and recommend course lessons or guided practices based on your responses
  • Enable community, messaging, uploads, support, and notifications
  • Send service messages and, with permission where required, marketing communications
  • Understand performance, fix errors, prevent misuse or fraud, and improve the Services
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

5. Service Providers and Disclosures

We may disclose relevant information to providers that help us operate the Services, including:

  • Supabase for authentication, databases, and file storage
  • Vercel for website and application hosting
  • Apple and RevenueCat for App Store subscriptions, receipts, and access status
  • Stripe and PayPal for eligible web payments
  • Sentry for application error and performance diagnostics
  • Klaviyo and email providers for requested or permitted communications
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and Hotjar on marketing portions of our website, where configured, for audience measurement, advertising, and experience analysis

Providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own privacy terms and our arrangements with them. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell your private Map, journal, or clearing content.

6. Cookies and Marketing Measurement

Our public marketing pages may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for core functionality, analytics, advertising attribution, and experience analysis. You can control many of these technologies through browser settings and platform privacy controls. Marketing instrumentation is kept out of the member app, onboarding flow, and private portal areas.

7. Storage, Security, and International Processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Because our providers operate internationally, your information may be processed outside your state, province, or country, where privacy laws may differ.

8. Retention and Account Deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the Services, maintain security, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they rotate out.

You can permanently delete your account in the app under You → Delete account. This removes the account and associated member data from active systems, subject to limited records we must retain by law or for legitimate transaction, security, and dispute purposes. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately in your App Store subscription settings to stop renewal.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to or correction of personal information
  • Request deletion or restriction of certain processing
  • Object to certain uses or withdraw consent where consent is the basis
  • Unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in the message
  • Disable notifications in the app or device settings
  • Use browser or platform controls for marketing cookies and advertising choices

To make a privacy request, email info@innerwealthinitiate.com. We may need to verify your identity.

10. Children

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy here, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice where required.
