Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Eligibility

These Terms govern your use of the Inner Wealth Initiate iOS app, member portal, websites, courses, community features, and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. The Services

Inner Wealth Initiate provides educational content and self-directed tools concerning personal development, spirituality, reflection, body awareness, journaling, clearing practices, and related subjects. Features may include a Resistance Map, recommendations, lessons, guided practices, progress tracking, journals, subscriptions, achievements, community spaces, and messaging.

Map results and recommendations are starting hypotheses generated from the answers you provide. References to energy fields, core wounds, ancestral patterns, past lives, causal bodies, or similar concepts are optional spiritual or reflective frameworks. They are not statements of scientifically established causation or fact, and they should not be treated as proof that a past life or ancestral event caused a current experience.

3. Educational and Wellness Disclaimer

The Services are for education, personal reflection, and general wellness only. They do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no practitioner-patient relationship is created. Do not use the Services to delay or replace care from a qualified professional.

If an exercise feels overwhelming or unsafe, stop and seek appropriate support. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service. You remain responsible for deciding whether an exercise is suitable for you.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Your account is personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.

5. App Store Subscriptions and Free Trials

• Monthly and annual subscription options, their localized prices, billing periods, and included access are shown in the app before purchase.
• If a seven-day free trial is offered and Apple determines you are eligible, payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal to your Apple ID within 24 hours before that period ends.
• You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Removing the app or deleting your Inner Wealth Initiate account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
• Trial eligibility, billing, cancellation, and App Store refunds are administered by Apple under its applicable terms and policies. We cannot directly issue an App Store refund.
• You can use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible access associated with your Apple account.

Prices and available plans may change. A price change applies as permitted by Apple and applicable law, with any notice or consent Apple requires.

6. Website Purchases and Refunds

Some products may be sold on our websites through Stripe or PayPal. The checkout displays the applicable currency, price, and whether a purchase is one-time or recurring before you authorize payment. Eligible website purchases are governed by the Refund Policy. That website refund policy does not control purchases made through Apple; request App Store refunds from Apple.

7. Account Deletion and Cancellation

You may permanently delete your account in the app under You → Delete account. Deletion removes access and associated account content as described in the Privacy Policy and cannot be undone. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate: cancel an Apple subscription in App Store settings if you want billing to stop.

8. Your Content and Community Conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or rights-infringing content
• Share another person's private information without permission
• Upload malware, interfere with security, scrape the Services, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Services for spam, commercial solicitation, or illegal activity

We may review reports and remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect members, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Contact info@innerwealthinitiate.com to report a concern.

9. Our Content and Intellectual Property

The Services and our courses, videos, audio, practices, text, graphics, designs, trademarks, and software are owned by or licensed to Inner Wealth Initiate and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased or subscribed content for your personal, non-commercial use while you have applicable access.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly perform, publish, create derivative products from, or commercially exploit our content unless we give written permission.

10. Results, Availability, and Third Parties

Experiences and outcomes vary, and we do not promise a particular personal, spiritual, emotional, health, relationship, or financial result. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features or content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Third-party services, links, and platforms are governed by their own terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay, or use the Services unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will survive.

12. Consumer Rights, Disclaimers, and Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. Subject to those rights, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where it would be unlawful.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, without excluding mandatory protections that apply where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the concern informally. You may also have rights to contact a local consumer protection authority.

14. Changes and General Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised Terms, update the effective date, and give additional notice when required. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable purchase disclosures, and any terms that cannot be superseded from Apple form the agreement for the Services.
